Publication Description
Increasingly leaders in Jewish communal life seek insights from data and research to guide their day-to-day work, planning, ongoing improvement efforts, and capacity to be responsive to change. However, using research to inform practice and decision making is rarely a simple or straightforward proposition.
The purpose of this protocol is to help structure generative conversations among colleagues about research-based evidence and possible implications for Jewish communal contexts. Such conversations can help establish shared understandings, uncover possible avenues for action, and surface critical unanswered questions.
